Tony Hayes

Tony Hayes is a seasoned aviation professional currently serving as the Safety Compliance IEP Manager at Frontier Airlines since June 2019, where responsibilities include leading internal IOSA audits, managing the Codeshare Program, and directing company-wide safety evaluations. Previously, as the Flight Ops SMS/QA Manager at Frontier, Tony managed over 40 projects annually, developed automation tools that saved significant man hours, and created comprehensive audit checklists, successfully lowering audit findings. Prior experience at Allegiant included the role of Flight Operations Specialist, where Tony facilitated a major fleet transition, crafted pilot hiring plans, and authored training manuals. Tony holds a Master’s Degree in Aviation Management from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Utah Valley University.
