Amanda Osmera

Amanda Osmera, SHRM-SCP, has a comprehensive work experience in human resources and people development. Amanda currently holds the role of Vice President, Director of People and Development at Frontier Bank of Texas. Prior to this, they worked at UFCU as a Senior Human Resource Generalist, where they were responsible for employee relations, performance management, and engagement. Amanda also served as a Committee Member at Workforce Readiness (AHRMA), supporting the development of students and transitioning workers. In addition, Amanda has held roles such as a Workforce Readiness Committee Member at HR Tampa, Director of Talent, Human Resources at myMatrixx, Director of Human Resources at Creative Loafing, and Director of Human Resources at Maple Crest Care Center. Amanda also worked as a Human Resources Account Manager at Lanier Upshaw and as a Human Resources Administrator at Poe Financial Group. Amanda has demonstrated expertise in various HR areas, including recruitment, employee relations, benefit administration, and policy development.

Amanda Osmera, SHRM-SCP, completed their Bachelor's degree in Arts and Sciences with a focus on psychology, business, sociology, and Spanish culture at the University of Nebraska from 1995 to 2000. Amanda then pursued a Master's of Arts degree in Management at Bellevue University from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their academic accomplishments, Amanda obtained their SPHR certification from HRCI in June 2006.
