Barb Scott currently serves as Human Resources Management at Professional Pavement Services since May 2024. With extensive experience at Frontier Communications since June 2011, Barb has held several leadership roles, including Director of User Acceptance Testing and System Support, where responsibility included overseeing projects that affect Contact Centers. Following the integration of former Verizon territories, Barb led the Business Operations Support and Project Managers for the Program Management Office of the Care Organization, providing support across various teams in 29 states. In addition, as Director of National Near Line, emphasis was placed on improving the customer experience through the management of escalation teams and feedback analysis. Prior to joining Frontier, Barb worked at Verizon for 16 years in Sales Support. Barb holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Franklin University.
