Jane Romanello

Jane Romanello is an accomplished accounting professional with a comprehensive career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Accounting at Frontier Communications since September 1994, Jane oversees the Corporate Accounting group and manages the financial recording and analysis of telecom operations, employee compensation, debt transactions, and the issuance of consolidated financial statements for approximately 100 legal entities. Previous experience includes the role of Accounting Manager and Accounting Supervisor, as well as earlier tenure as an Accounting Supervisor at SGL Carbon from January 1984 to July 1988. Jane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Pace University - Lubin School of Business, earned from 1988 to 1993.
