Lawanna Miller

LaWanna Miller serves as the Director of Alternate Channel Operations at Frontier Communications since May 2019, focusing on strategic sales channels and overseeing system integrations, contract negotiations, and compensation for over 200 vendor partners. Prior to this role, LaWanna held various positions at Verizon, including Director of Sales Operations, where responsibilities included managing executive-level presentations for national indirect channel sales, supporting channel managers, and analyzing distribution strategies. As Call Center Manager, LaWanna successfully managed a team of 60 associates in a high-energy environment and oversaw the seamless relocation of a call center. Additionally, LaWanna's experience includes roles in performance management and corporate accounting, with significant accomplishments in budget management and financial discrepancy resolution. LaWanna's career began at GTE, where expertise in IT project management and finance was developed. LaWanna holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Angelo State University.
