Tracy Black

Tracy Black is an experienced Project Manager currently working at Frontier Communications since April 2016, overseeing life cycle project management for TLS, DS3, VZON, and T1 orders in the Tampa Bay Area. Prior to this role, Tracy was a Network Engineering Project Manager at Verizon from August 2007 to April 2016, responsible for tracking circuit order progress and ensuring timely delivery for business customers in Florida. Earlier in the career at Verizon, Tracy served as a Network Engineer, designing and implementing high-capacity interoffice and customer facilities while managing advanced network technologies. Tracy holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Hillsborough Community College.
