Steve Sheamer

Steve Sheamer is a Senior Director of Advisory Services at Frontier Design, where they have been employed since 2016, leveraging over 20 years of experience in guiding complex technology and transformation initiatives for defense and health agencies, and private sector clients. They focus on the intersection of emerging technology and business process improvement to drive cost efficiencies and are currently exploring human-centered approaches to AI risk and opportunities. Steve's industry experience spans AI, natural language processing, manufacturing, public health, and non-profits. Prior to Frontier Design, they held engineering roles at AMD, Applied Materials, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, and Herren Associates. Steve earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
