Matthew Roberts

Matthew Roberts has over 10 years of work experience at Frontier Economics. Matthew started as an Intern in 2007 and later worked as an Analyst from September 2009 to December 2010. Matthew then became a Consultant from January 2011 to December 2014. From January 2015 to January 2020, they held the position of Manager. Currently, they are working as an Associate Director, where they advise clients on energy sector economics, provides strategic support and advice on regulation design, and offers due diligence services to investors evaluating network transactions across Europe. Matthew also provides expert witness support during price control appeals and investor-state arbitration.

Matthew Roberts earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Economics from Birkbeck, University of London from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a bachelor's degree at the University of Oxford from 2004 to 2007 and graduated with a 2:1 in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics.
