Donna Napier

Donna Napier, MS, is an experienced professional in child development and mental health, currently serving as a School Based Therapist at Frontier Health since February 2022. Additionally, since May 2015, Donna has worked with Positive Discipline Rocks! as a Positive Discipline Parent and Classroom Educator and Trainer Candidate, focusing on fostering respectful relationships among parents, caregivers, educators, and children through coaching and workshops. Previous roles include Registered Clinician at Vista Hill, Professional Clinical Counselor Trainee and Office Manager at Innovations Academy, and Art Docent Trainer/Coordinator at Alpine Elementary School. Donna holds a Master's Degree in Child Development and Early Childhood Mental Health, a Graduate Certificate in Early Childhood Transdisciplinary Education and Mental Health, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, all from San Diego State University.
