Whitney Compton

Whitney Compton, LMSW, currently serves as a School-Based Mental Health Therapist at Frontier Health since November 2019. Prior to this role, Whitney held various positions at Mountain States Health Alliance from September 2013 to November 2019, including Patient Access Representative and Medical Discharge Planner, focusing on PRM Case Management. In 2018, Whitney gained clinical experience as a Family Specialist Intern at Families Free, Inc., logging 600 clinical hours in intensive outpatient therapy. Additionally, a Care Coordinator for OPTIONS at the First Tennessee Area Agency on Aging and Disability was part of Whitney's experience in 2015. Whitney holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Clinical/Medical Social Work from East Tennessee State University, awarded in 2019, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the same institution, completed in 2015.
