Currently serving as the VP of Technology at Frontier Lithium since March 2021, Naizhen previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at North American Lithium from December 2019 to January 2021. Expertise includes a role as Lithium Scientist at Lithium Consulting from December 2018 to December 2020 and Managing Director at the Key Lab of Lithium Resources and Lithium Materials of Sichuan Province from 2016 to November 2018.
