Serena Riches has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Their most recent position is as the Director of Marketing (UK & International) at Frontier Medical Group, which they began in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at The Royal Mint as the Head of Marketing, where they were responsible for strategic marketing across the Consumer business. Serena also held various roles at The Royal Mint, including Senior Strategic Marketing Lead - Commemorative, Marketing & Communications Campaign Team Manager, and Marketing Manager. Before joining The Royal Mint, Serena worked at phs Group as the Marketing Campaign Manager and Group Marketing Manager. Serena also gained experience at Creditsafe as the Integrated Marketing Manager and Premier Accounts Marketing Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked at Pulsar Communications as an Account Director, at Simbec Research Ltd in International Marketing, and at PB Limited in Marketing.

Serena Riches has a diverse education history in the field of marketing. In 2020, they completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson. This program provided their with a comprehensive understanding of various marketing strategies and principles.

In 2018, Serena pursued three different programs from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Serena completed a degree in "Insight to Inform Strategy," which involved gaining insights for developing effective marketing strategies. Serena also acquired a degree in "Google Analytics & Digital Strategy," which focused on using digital tools and analytics for marketing purposes.
