Melissa Reck

Melissa Reck is a seasoned purchasing professional with over 25 years of experience in supply chain management. Currently serving as Senior Purchasing Manager at Frontier Co-op since November 2013, Melissa oversees annual purchases exceeding $36 million and has successfully improved the inbound raw material passing rate from 90% to over 96%. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Direct Business Unit Manager at Frontier Co-op, where advancements in the business unit were notable. Previously, at Frontier Natural Products from 1998 to 2013, Melissa contributed significantly to the business unit's growth from $5 million to $16.1 million in annual sales while working as a Buyer.
