Sarah Barratt

Sarah Barratt currently serves as a Process Engineer at Frontier Co-op, a position held since July 2020. Prior to this role, Sarah worked at International Paper as a Production Supervisor from August 2018 to July 2020, and at Procter & Gamble from July 2008 to August 2018 in various capacities, including Material Process and Delivery-Corrugate and Oral Rinse Materials Owner. Achievements at Procter & Gamble include driving a cost savings project that reduced corrugate SKUs, resulting in annual savings of $63K, and leading initiatives that saved $108K annually through root cause analysis and supplier workshops. Additional responsibilities involved training new employees in inventory management and quality standards, and maintaining equipment as a Packing Line Technician. Education continues at Kirkwood Community College, starting in 2003.
