Jeff Harmon is a seasoned quality control and supply chain management professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Quality Control Manager at Frontier Technologies Brewton since April 2021, Jeff Harmon oversees the design and maintenance of the ISO 9001 quality management system and leads customer engagement on quality and safety issues. Previously, Jeff Harmon held the position of Vice President of Supply Chain at Alatus Aerosystems, where responsibilities included managing supply chain activities across multiple facilities. Other roles include Supplier Quality Manager and Lead Auditor at Triumph Structures Los Angeles, Quality Engineer at Airbus Helicopters, and Aviation Structural Mechanic in the US Navy. Jeff Harmon holds a Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Resources and Technology Management from Troy University.

Our ongoing philosophy is to utilize state-of-the-art machinery and innovative manufacturing techniques to match each customer’s unique requirements. Our staff of dedicated professionals stand ready to respond to your specific needs. We complement our human resources with an arsenal of the latest computerized manufacturing aids, including full-featured CAD, CAM, and CAE systems. Frontier Technologies currently maintains numerous CNC manufacturing centers ranging from vertical and horizontal mills and lathes to waterjet machining centers and large CNC routers. Fabrication capabilities include the welding of most metals to AWS specifications with material handling capabilities up to 10 tons. Our facilities encompass over 100,000 sq. ft. under roof, and nearly 20 acres overall, allowing for a broad core competency. We welcome challenging applications and apply non-traditional strategies to complete even the most difficult manufacturing tasks. Our workforce currently includes team members who make our customers’ needs their first priority. The commitment to quality begins in planning with our MRP system, which tracks your requirements through to delivery, and every job receives checks and evaluations based upon our AS9100 rev C, and ISO 9001:2015 registered quality system.
