Delta Stein is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and workforce development, currently serving as Vice President at Frontier Technology since July 2019, where responsibilities also include chairing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives. Previously, Delta held significant leadership roles at General Dynamics from November 2015 to June 2019, overseeing recruitment for the Health & Civilian division, and at Sykes from May 2013 to November 2015, directing North American talent acquisition operations post-merger. Delta's earlier experience includes a director role at Alpine Access, managing talent acquisition for the pioneering at-home call center, as well as various positions at TeleTech, where focus was on optimizing global talent acquisition processes.
