Kevin Millstid has extensive work experience in the field of recruiting and talent acquisition.

Kevin Millstid attended Haltom High School from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained their high school diploma. In 2016, they enrolled at Howard College, studying Management Information Systems, but it is unclear whether they completed a degree. Kevin then attended Ashford University from 2018 to 2021, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
