Mr. Hinds joined FTI in 2018 as the Vice President of Human Resources. He brings over 20 years of extensive experience, in building and leading high-performing HR organizations across multiple industries.
As a strategic HR innovator, he is focused on developing and executing robust initiatives that increase employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction. He is passionate about designing human capital practices that provide best-in-class employee experiences and lead to a highly engaged, rewarding team culture, which is centered around the 4 C’s.
