Pedro Garcia

Pedro Garcia currently serves as Regional Vice President at Liberty Tire Recycling, LLC since February 2021. Previously, Pedro held various leadership positions at Republic Services from November 2013 to February 2021, including General Manager for the Dallas Fort Worth region, where significant financial targets were exceeded, overseeing a business unit generating over $110 million in annual revenue. Pedro also held roles such as Division Manager and Operations Manager, managing substantial landfill operations and achieving impressive financial performance, alongside operational improvements. Early career experience includes serving as a Gunnery Sergeant and Contracting Specialist in the United States Marine Corps from February 2000 to October 2013. Pedro holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Finance from Park University and an MBA from Columbia College.
