Delivery Operations Lead

💼 Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Lead who will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of customer campaigns. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Ops, and Customer Success to not only troubleshoot individual campaign issues but also implement processes so that we can scale our customer delivery machine. As the first person we are hiring in this function, you will play a critical role in setting up the team and foundations. Currently, we handle 15-20 accounts per month, each with 2-3 campaigns. We expect the number of accounts to triple by the end of the year.

💥 What We Need Your Help With:

• Overseeing the launch and management of campaigns as they are handed over by Sales.
• Defining the processes and best practices to improve inefficiencies both within and outside of the Delivery Ops team.
• Tracking and reporting KPIs such as whether we’re hitting volume targets, channel effectivity, funnel conversion rates (especially further down-funnel) etc.
• Coordinating the week’s campaign planning: i.e. new campaigns to launch, checking in on recently launched campaigns, and retaining oversight over longer-running campaigns.
• Acting as the first escalation point for any customer issues as it relates to the product or ad-hoc campaign-related issues.
• Conducting regular team health checks, ensuring they are happy and motivated, and escalating any issues to the VP of Operations when needed.

🔍 What We Look For:

• Minimum of 4-5 years in a Delivery role, with, at least, 2 of those being a senior role.
• Proven experience in working with customers.
• Prior experience in a scale-up (min. 100 employees) is a must.
• Prior experience in the HR industry is a strong plus.
• High Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is a strong plus.
