Angela Boynton

Angela Boynton currently serves as General Counsel at Frontier Energy Services, LLC and provides contract management consulting and education for entrepreneurs through Happy At Law LLC. Previously, Angela held senior legal roles at Targa Resources, ONEST Network, Chart Industries, Inc., Harsco Corporation, and Williams, where responsibilities included negotiating commercial agreements and managing contract lifecycle projects. Early legal experience encompasses work as an Associate Attorney at Doerner, Saunders, Daniel & Anderson, focusing on transactional law, litigation, and regulatory compliance. Angela holds a Doctor of Law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law, is a Certified Professional Coach from iPEC Coaching, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in American History from The University of Texas at Arlington.
