Maria Terron

Maria Terron, an Associate member of the CIPD, is currently serving as the Global Senior HR Engagement and Recognition Partner at Frontiers since June 2019. In this role, Maria leads the development and enhancement of employee engagement and recognition programs, ensuring they reflect the company's values and culture. Maria has held various HR roles at Frontiers, including Global People Business Partner Manager and Global People Business Partner, focusing on aligning HR strategies with business objectives and implementing innovative technologies like AI in HR operations. Previous experience includes senior HR positions at King's College London, Multiplex, City, University of London, Queen Margaret University, and Hobbs Ltd, complemented by educational qualifications including a Master's in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University and an MBA from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
