Heza Wasfy

Heza Wasfy has held various roles throughout their career. Heza started working as a Consultant at Capgemini in 2007 and continued in that role until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Sogeti. Heza then joined Itera - MAKE A DIFFERENCE in 2013 and worked as a Senior Test Manager until 2018, also taking on the role of Team Lead / Senior Test Manager from 2016 to 2018. At Capgemini, they served as a Senior Service Delivery Manager from 2018 to 2023 and as the Head of Digital Customer Experience from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are the Head of Delivery at Frontkom.
