Rick Morales

Rick Morales currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Frontline Dental Implant Specialists since June 2025. Prior to this role, Rick held the position of Senior Vice President of Provider Engagement at Infusion for Health from January 2022 to August 2024, overseeing provider-oriented growth initiatives and manufacturer partnerships. Rick has extensive experience at McKesson, serving as Vice President of Multi-Specialty Infusion Businesses from February 2019 to December 2021, where responsibilities included managing non-oncology infusion departments and developing long-term strategies. Earlier roles at McKesson Specialty Health spanned various leadership positions in business development. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, both obtained from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
