Joann Claspill

Joann Claspill, M.Ed., is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in instructional design, client services, and program coordination. Currently serving as a Learning Strategy Advisor at Frontline Education since June 2019, Joann oversees a team of instructional designers and collaborates on developing engaging learning opportunities. Prior roles include leading a successful webinar series as a Client Support Operations Analyst Lead, coordinating projects at the University of South Carolina’s College of Pharmacy, and managing client accounts at Tutor.com, achieving a 95% retention rate. Joann's expertise is further highlighted by experience as a Lead Training Specialist at Edgenuity Inc. and various leadership roles in Richland School District 2, as well as independent consulting in educational training. Joann holds a Master of Education in Educational Evaluation and Research from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Exceptional Education from Buffalo State University.
