Matthew Craig, MBA, LSSBB has over 19 years of work experience. Matthew currently works at Frontline Education as a Senior Billing Analyst, where they supervise and optimizes all components of invoice generation. Prior to this, they worked at RES Software as an Order Management Specialist, where they supervised and optimized order delivery and invoice generation. From 2002 to 2014, Matthew worked at Iron Mountain in various roles, including Lead Billing Analyst and Collections Team Leader. Matthew also has experience as a Collections Representative at V-SPAN and Cingular Wireless. Throughout their career, Matthew has been recognized for providing high-quality customer support, implementing innovative solutions, and achieving outstanding results.

Matthew obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Accounting/Finance from the University of Phoenix from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a concentration in Marketing (Risk Management concentration) at the Fox School of Business at Temple University from 1994 to 1998.
