Melissa Michaels

Melissa Michaels has a diverse work history in quality assurance and software testing. Melissa started their career at JPMorgan Chase as an Account Supervisor and Payment Research Specialist before transitioning to a QA Software Analyst role. In this role, they were responsible for testing internal software applications and workflows. Melissa then worked at Bonnier Corporation as a QA Analyst, testing various magazine websites using content management systems like Wordpress and Drupal. Melissa also has experience at Access MediQuip as a QA Analyst, where they worked in an Agile test environment and collaborated with developers and business analysts. At Florida Virtual School, they served as a Quality Assurance professional, utilizing Test Rail and Service Now for testing and executing the testing lifecycle. Melissa'sresponsibilities also included running SQL queries and performing cross-browser testing. Most recently, Melissa worked at PlanSource as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where they provided technical support and conducted quality assurance activities related to the usage, maintenance, and development of products and services. Currently, they are employed as a Certified Scrum Master at Frontline Insurance.

Melissa Michaels attended Seminole State College of Florida and graduated with an A.S. degree in Business Administration in 2002. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in July 2022.
