Michelle Parlato-Pollard

Michelle Parlato-Pollard, AIC, is an accomplished professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in claims handling and management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Catastrophe Services at Frontline Insurance since October 2021, Michelle has previously held multiple roles, including Assistant Complex Claims Director and Complex Claims Manager. As the Business Owner of Aequitas Claims Consulting Inc. since January 2017, Michelle provides independent daily claims handling and quality examination services. Additional experience includes serving as an Independent Senior Claims Adjuster at ClaimAssistant, and a Claims Specialist at Pharos Claims Services. Prior roles encompass senior positions at Allstate and Florida Farm Bureau Insurance, where Michelle demonstrated expertise in investigating, negotiating, and settling complex property and liability claims following thorough site evaluations. Michelle holds two degrees in Psychology from Florida State University: a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) and a Bachelor of Science (BS).
