Richard A. Sweat, CPCU, ARM, ARe has a diverse and extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Richard A. is currently serving as the Director of Commercial Underwriting at Frontline Insurance since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at St. James Insurance Group as the AVP - Program Business from January 2021 to May 2022. Before that, they held the position of Manager - Programs at St James Insurance Group from January 2012 to January 2021. Richard A. also worked at Citrus Insurance Group as a Manager from January 2012 to January 2021. Earlier in their career, they served as the Vice President at Braishfield from September 2001 to November 2011. Richard A. started their insurance career as the Director of Operations at Wilson & Schmidt from August 1996 to July 2001. Richard A. also worked as a Producer at The Mahoney Group from August 1994 to July 1996 and at Contractors Insurance Services Corp from June 1990 to July 1994.

Richard A. Sweat, CPCU, ARM, ARe received their education in the field of insurance. From 1996 to 1998, they attended the American Institute for Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriters, where they obtained their degree in CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter).

In addition to their degree, Richard has also obtained several certifications. Richard A. earned their Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification from The Institutes in October 1998. Richard A. then obtained their Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certification from The Institutes in January 2021. Most recently, in November 2022, they obtained their Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) certification from The Institutes.
