Danielle Wood is an experienced operations and management professional with a strong background in process improvement and knowledge management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Frontline Managed Services since July 2014, Danielle has advanced through various roles including Service Desk Team Manager and Senior Service Desk Analyst, where responsibilities involved diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and networking issues while providing excellent customer service.
