Missy DesRoches has a diverse work experience. Missy started their career as a Network Administrator/Training Support at Hunter Maclean Exley & Dunn PC in 1996. From 1999 to 2005, they worked as a Training & Support Contractor for various companies, providing training, support, and network administration services. In 2005, they joined Frontline Managed Services and held various roles such as Director of Client Services and Vice President of Client Experience. In these positions, they managed client onboarding projects and implementations, developed processes for technology upgrades, and oversaw client satisfaction and retention. Their responsibilities also involved extensive global and US travel to current and new clients, particularly in the legal and professional industries.
