Jennifer Harrison

Director, Housing & Employment at FRONTLINE SERVICE

Ms. Harrison has more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, primarily in the field of community behavioral healthcare. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University, and is a Licensed Independent Social Worker. Ms. Harrison is also a national surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Ms. Harrison joined FrontLine in 2017, as the Director of Housing and Employment. In this capacity, she oversees the delivery of social services in FrontLine’s growing portfolio of permanent supportive housing programs, which are positioned to serve more than 1,000 chronically homeless, disabled individuals by 2020. She also provides leadership to FrontLine’s two Safe Haven group homes, the Supported Employment team, and FrontLine’s residential treatment program for individuals with co-occurring disorders. In addition to programmatic oversight, Ms. Harrison also plays a key role in several critical agency initiatives, including implementation of Medicaid’s behavioral health redesign, organizational policy development, the development of data management systems, and staff on-boarding/training.

Ms. Harrison is passionate about improving the quality of behavioral healthcare services, and ultimately the lives of persons served, through the application of evidence-based practices, data-driven decision making, professional development of the behavioral health workforce, and program evaluation.
