Frontline Women’s Fund
Maddie Milligan currently serves as an Engagement Strategist at Frontline Women’s Fund, where responsibilities include leading individual giving strategy and supporting institutional fundraising efforts. Prior to this role, Maddie held the position of Individual Giving Manager at Playwrights Horizons, overseeing donor programs and leading an annual gala. Additional experience includes various roles at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, including Annual Fund Associate and Development Assistant, as well as administrative positions at SPACE on Ryder Farm and Sleep No More. Maddie co-founded The Aris Project, a summer artistic residency, and has provided arts-based teaching services to pre-K students. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.

Frontline Women's Fund (formerly Donor Direct Action Fund for Women) supports frontline women's organizations from around the world by linking them with funding, media visibility and political power. We connect individual donors to credible frontline women's organizations from around the world. Our partners are leaders in their communities with a long history and proven track-record of safeguarding the rights of women and girls. In 2023 we have 15 partner organizations from Afghanistan, The Democratic Republic of Congo, El Salvador, Kenya, Latvia, Lebanon, Libya, Nepal, Palestine, Peru, Somalia, South Africa, and Syria.
