Susanna Jacob

Susanna Jacob is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in product development, education, and training. Currently serving as the Head of Product and Co-Founder at Frontlyne since September 2020, Susanna leads the design and development of a workforce management platform for retail teams while managing the end-to-end process of feature ideation and deployment. Concurrently, Susanna is a Local Partner at Le Wagon India, where efforts focus on the launch and expansion of tech bootcamps in Bangalore. Previous experience includes roles as Head of Learning Solutions at MicroGenesis Learning Pvt. Ltd., Fellow at Teach For India, English Language Trainer at Hurray, and diverse internships. Susanna holds a Master’s degree in Education and Technology from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, as well as qualifications in Full Stack Web Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology Honours from Christ University, Bangalore.
