Customer Experience Trainer at Frontpoint

Kristi Shay has worked in the retail industry since 1998. Kristi began their career as a Store Manager for Kbtoys, where they created a unique shopping experience and developed a team of associates. Kristi then moved to Lowe's Home Improvement in 2007 as an Assistant Store Manager. In 2015, they joined AVAIL Vapor as a District Trainer, where they led store teams by example and increased profits through effective sales training. Kristi also assumed the role of District Captain, North Carolina/Virginia Area Trainer, and developed a District SharePoint team site. Most recently, they joined Frontpoint in 2022 as a Customer Experience Trainer.

Kristi Shay attended North Rowan High School.
