Timothy Purinton has worked in customer service since 2010. Timothy began their career at Giant Food as a File Maintenance Clerk in 2010. In 2015, they joined Frontpoint as an Associate Customer Support Representative. During their time there, they earned a "Mastermind" award for having the highest problem solving scores and was eventually promoted to Customer Support Supervisor.
