Jennifer Hood, CCS-P has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Jennifer began their career in 2005 as a Case Manager Supervisor at DJ Orthopedics. In this role, they analyzed and reviewed client financial and AR status with client's executive leadership team. From 2013 to 2017, Jennifer worked at Millennium Health as a Revenue Cycle Director and Systems Training Manager. In this role, they managed employees responsible for Revenue Cycle Quality Assurance, Coding, Billing System database maintenance, Document maintenance, Medical Record requests, Cash and Refunds, and Project and System Analysts. In 2017, they became the Billing Operations Director at Biocept. Most recently, Jennifer has been working at FrontRunnerHC since 2018, first as a Senior Account Executive and then as the Director of Implementations.

Jennifer Hood, CCS-P, began their educational journey with Modesto Junior College, where they studied General. Jennifer then moved on to New Horizons, where they studied Crystal Reports. Finally, they attended Santa Barbara Community College and obtained their CCS-P certification.
