Vhishnu V.

Vhishnu V. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting in 2008 with Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Vhishnu worked as an Engineer, focusing on ERP and SAP implementation as well as maintenance planning. In 2012, Vhishnu joined ITC Limited as an Intern and AUT, gaining experience in supply chain management, operations, and production planning. Vhishnu then transitioned to CRI Pumps in 2013, taking on the role of Head of Central Planning, where they were responsible for S&OP, logistics, and operations strategy internationally.

In 2015, Vhishnu joined Werum IT Solutions as part of the Project Management team, working in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on MES and operations on an international scale. Vhishnu then joined Accenture DACH in 2017, initially taking on the role of Manager Business Systems Integration - Manufacturing Lifesciences - International before transitioning to Fresenius Netcare GmbH as a Lead MBR designer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in MES.

Continuing their journey, Vhishnu joined FrontWell Solutions in 2017 as a Co-Founder and Managing Director, and later became the Chief Financial Officer. Vhishnu's responsibilities included overseeing financial operations and leading strategic decisions.

Throughout their career, Vhishnu has gained expertise in various areas such as configuration management, validation efforts, MBR design, commercial model implementation, and business process management. They have worked with global pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies, contributing to the implementation of systems and processes.

Vhishnu's work experience demonstrates a strong background in project management, operations, and supply chain management across multiple industries.

Vhishnu V. holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, completed in the years 2004-2008. Vhishnu also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in MBA -Operations and Strategy from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2011 to 2013, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International management from HEC Paris in 2012. In addition, Vhishnu has a Matriculation degree in Biology, Science, and Maths from Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Examination, completed in 2001-2002. Furthermore, they have acquired certifications in PAS-X Professional user and PAS-X Basics operation from Werum IT Solutions in the year 2015.
