Prabhu Sathyamurthy

Prabhu Sathyamurthy is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in product development and innovation within technology companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Frore Systems since May 2019, Prabhu oversees the development of groundbreaking solutions in Flexible MEMS technology. Previously, at Apple from March 2017 to May 2019, Prabhu focused on thermal technologies and materials for a wide range of consumer electronics. As Director and Head of the VE (CFD) Business Unit at ESI Group from May 2015 to February 2017, Prabhu led global product management and development initiatives. Earlier career highlights include co-founding Amoeba Technologies, Inc., and directing the ICEPAK Division at ANSYS, where Prabhu contributed significantly to electro-thermal design tools. Prabhu holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Minnesota, alongside a Bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
