Andrés Guzmán Rodríguez

Andrés Guzmán Rodríguez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. ANDRÉS started their career as an Intern in Sales Operations at IBM de Colombia in 2006 and later became an Inside Territory Sales Representative. ANDRÉS joined Quimbaya Tours International in 2008 as a Sales Director, where they played a key role in opening new markets and promoting tourism to Latin American countries. In 2011, they worked at Cervecería Santana as a Manager, responsible for planning, managing, and controlling the company's commercial and administrative operations. ANDRÉS also worked at Solinoff Corp as an International Sub-Manager, focusing on market research and business relationship development. From 2012 to 2016, Andrés served as a Senior Trade Advisor at PROCOLOMBIA, advising Colombian exporters on entering the Brazilian market and establishing commercial and public relations with Brazilian industrial sectors. In 2016, they became the Managing Director at ESA Latin America, where they opened the company's office in Colombia and set operations. Currently, they are working at FROSCH as the Business Development Director and the MICE & Outbound Director for Latin America.
