Andrew Fredbeck advises and works with clients on all aspects of trademark, copyright, and related IP issues, including searching, registration, filing, policing, and enforcement. His practice also includes matters involving website design and the internet, as well as domain name searching, registration, and enforcement.

Informed by his previous litigation experience, Andrew negotiates and drafts licensing, coexistence, settlement, and other IP-related agreements, and conducts due diligence for corporate transactions relating to intellectual property. While he works with clients across diverse industries, many of his clients are in the financial services, insurance, and entertainment industries.
