Bart Leahey

Bart Leahey currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Frost since January 2023. Prior to this role, Bart held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Virginia Partners Bank, where Bart developed and executed the Bank’s Compliance Management System until its acquisition in 2022. Bart's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group as Vice President of Information Security Risk & Technology, overseeing technology and compliance initiatives, and various positions at Capital One spanning nearly two decades, including Senior Director of Data Analytics & Innovation within Corporate Audit. Bart holds an MBA in Marketing & Information Technology from the University of Richmond and a BBA in Marketing & Economics from James Madison University.
