Clark Ealy

Clark Ealy is a seasoned educational leader currently serving as Senior Vice President at Frost since January 2024. Previously, Ealy was the Superintendent of Schools for Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD from February 2020 to February 2024, and held the position of Superintendent at College Station ISD for nearly 20 years from June 2000 to February 2020. Ealy's extensive experience at College Station ISD also included roles such as Deputy Superintendent and Executive Director, focusing on administrative services, assessment, accountability, and technology. Ealy holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from East Texas A&M University, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University.
