Gabby Ramsey

Gabby Ramsey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Senior Employee Relations Specialist at Frost since April 2021, Gabby manages all phases of recruitment and employee onboarding while fostering positive relationships across the organization. Previously held multiple roles at Target from June 2016 to March 2021, including Executive Team Leader in Human Resources, where Gabby effectively managed HR functions for over 150 team members and enhanced training and development programs. Gabby's career began as a Bank Teller at Frost Bank and included internships at Frost and Happy State Bank. Gabby holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
