Karen White

Karen White is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion strategies, currently serving as the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer and Senior Vice President at Frost since 2012, where responsibilities include advising the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on fostering an inclusive culture. Prior to this, Karen was a Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager, providing customized financial solutions for nonprofits and municipalities. Karen's background includes leadership roles at United Way of Greater Houston, where as Leadership Development Manager, oversight of Project Blueprint focused on diversifying nonprofit board leadership, and a tenure at The Lighthouse of Houston as Director of Finance. Additionally, Karen spent six years at the Collaborative for Children as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance. Karen holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Texas Southern University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Nicholls State University.
