Sathish Mondi

Sathish Mondi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality engineering and management within the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors. As the Senior Vice President and Head of Quality Engineering at Frost since January 2023, Sathish oversees critical quality initiatives for the subsidiary of Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. Previously, as the Global Head of QA/Quality Engineering/DevOps/Agile CoE at HCLTech from December 2003 to January 2023, Sathish led a significant team of 2,800 and managed a $200 million annual revenue stream within the BFSI vertical. Earlier experience includes work as a QA Engineer at ITM Global Ltd., directing testing efforts in the telecom domain. Sathish's educational background includes advanced degrees from Harvard Business School, MIT Professional Education in Big Data, Andhra University in Computer Science & Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from SRKR Engineering College.
