James founded Frost/Chaddock with the late Guy Chaddock in 1994. He has 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, having started with R.W. Selby & Company in 1987. He personally handles all acquisition and development decisions, and is the managing member of all syndicated investments. James has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
