Neiye Batista is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Frost Florida since July 2023, Neiye oversees employee-centered activities, including policy design, employee relations, benefits administration, and talent management. In previous positions, significant accomplishments include leading the implementation of a human capital management system at Insight Global, enhancing performance management programs and diversity initiatives at Shinto Landscaping, and transitioning Fountains Country Club, Inc. to an in-house HR function.
