Sebastián Trolli

Sebastián Trolli is a Research Manager and Global Head of the Industrial Automation & Software program at Frost & Sullivan, responsible for managing an analyst team and overseeing program outputs. Prior to this role, Sebastián served as a Senior Industry Analyst, providing insights and strategies within industrial automation and related fields. A seasoned professional with over a decade of experience at Honeywell, Sebastián has held multiple positions including Solutions Consultant, Technology & Discipline Lead, Lead Project Engineer, and Sr. Project Engineer, focusing on industrial technology solutions, digital transformation, and simulation systems. Sebastián co-founded the Process Simulation Lab at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and has also served as an Assistant Professor. Earlier roles included manufacturing and laboratory positions in various industries. Sebastián holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering and an Associate of Science in Chemical Technology from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
