Jack Shortway

Jack Shortway has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the technology and transportation industries. Currently serving as a Truck Driver at FFE Transportation Services since April 2014, Jack's prior experience includes significant technical roles such as System Engineer at Polycom, Inc., where support was provided for sales with a focus on proprietary voice protocols over IP. Earlier, Jack held multiple positions at Tech Data Corporation, INC, starting as Business Manager and transitioning to System Engineer, where contributions included developing technical courses and achieving H-P Star Certification. Throughout the career, Jack has received numerous awards, including Vendor of the Year recognitions and has earned extensive certifications in the electronics and technology fields. Jack's educational background includes a Certification in Electronic Circuitry from Metropolitan Technical Institute and ongoing studies towards a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at St. Petersburg College.
